How fares are sourced

Fares presented by Clubairlux are sourced through a private network of consolidators, trade-only fare classes, and direct airline relationships. These fares are not published publicly and are made available to members through our service.

The tickets issued are genuine airline tickets on the same flights, in the same cabin class, with the same seat, service, and frequent flyer accrual as tickets sold at full published price. The difference is solely in how they are sourced.

Pricing and availability

All fares quoted are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices and availability can change between the time of enquiry and the time of booking. Clubairlux will always confirm the final price before any payment is taken.

Savings quoted (including "up to 40% cheaper than publicly available prices") are indicative. Actual savings vary by route, date, cabin class, and availability. Savings are calculated against the best publicly available price at the time of sourcing.

Bookings and payment

No payment is required to submit an enquiry. Clubairlux will present available options for your review. A booking is only confirmed when you explicitly approve the fare and payment is received.

Any service or arrangement fee charged by Clubairlux will be disclosed clearly before you confirm a booking. Fees vary by booking complexity and will never be applied without your prior agreement.

Airline terms and conditions

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline, including fare rules, cancellation policies, change fees, and baggage allowances. Clubairlux will communicate relevant fare conditions at the time of quoting.

Clubairlux acts as an intermediary. Responsibility for the operation of the flight, including delays, cancellations, and service delivery, rests with the airline.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the fare rules of the ticket issued. Some fares are non-refundable or carry change fees. Clubairlux will clearly communicate these conditions before you confirm a booking.

Where a refund is due under airline fare rules, Clubairlux will process it on your behalf. Processing times depend on the airline.

Limitation of liability

Clubairlux's liability is limited to the service fee paid, where applicable. We are not liable for losses arising from airline schedule changes, cancellations, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
